Terms of Use
Last updated: July 11, 2026
01 Acceptance
By accessing or using ClearDiligence (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
02 What the Service is
The Service is a demonstration platform with three surfaces — Market, Analyst, and Futures — that retrieve public information and generate structured analytical outputs. It is provided for informational, educational, and illustrative purposes. Portions of the data shown are simulated for demonstration and are labeled as such.
03 No advice; no fiduciary relationship
The Service does not provide personalized financial, investment, betting, legal, tax, or accounting advice, and using it creates no advisory or fiduciary relationship. Outputs — including LBO models, sensitivity tables, stock notes, risk flags, edge calls, and Kelly sizing — are illustrative analyses, not recommendations. You are solely responsible for any decision you make.
04 Accuracy and third-party data
The Service relies on third-party and public sources, including SEC EDGAR, market-data providers, and AI-generated analysis. These may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate, and AI outputs can contain errors. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness of any output. Verify against primary sources before relying on anything.
05 Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable securities or gaming regulations.
- Enter credentials, payment details, government identifiers, or other sensitive personal data.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its sources.
- Exceed the rate limits or usage policies of upstream providers (e.g., SEC EDGAR).
- Represent the Service's output as licensed professional advice to third parties.
06 Intellectual property
The ClearDiligence interface, design system, and original content are the property of their author. Underlying filings and market data remain the property of their respective owners and public sources. You may use generated outputs for your own internal, informational purposes.
07 Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
08 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and its author will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any losses arising from investment, trading, or wagering decisions, loss of profits, or reliance on any output, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
09 Changes and termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, indicated by the "last updated" date above.
10 Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service is operated, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there.
